How do starting prices work?
Prices depend on size, breed, coat condition, temperament and add-ons. Choose your pet’s size to compare starting prices. Final pricing is determined for your pet.
What vaccination records should I bring?
Please have proof of your pet’s current rabies vaccination ready. With an account, you can upload vaccination records in the portal. Tell us about health conditions, allergies or handling concerns before grooming.
How can I change my appointment?
Log in to view your appointment and request a different date, time or service, or cancel it. Guests can use their email setup link to create an account or contact us for help. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations; see our full terms.
